What is This Class?

Many chronic headaches are not just “in your head”—they originate in your neck. Cervicogenic headaches and tension headaches are often caused by restricted joints in the upper cervical spine and severe muscle tension at the base of the skull.
We assess the exact mechanical triggers causing your pain. Treatment typically involves gentle upper cervical adjustments, trigger point therapy, and postural correction to relieve the nerve irritation and muscular spasms driving the headaches.
Who is it For?
Individuals suffering from frequent tension headaches, migraines triggered by neck stiffness, or chronic pain at the base of the skull, especially those working long hours at a desk.
