What is This Class?
Pregnancy places immense mechanical stress on the female body. Asthe baby grows, your centre of gravity shifts forward, increasing the load on your lower backand pelvis. Hormonal changes also cause ligaments to relax, which can lead to jointinstability and pain.
Pregnancy chiropractic uses modified, gentle techniques to maintain pelvic balance andspinal alignment. Our goal is to relieve sciatic nerve pain, reduce round ligament tension, and ensure your body is as comfortable and mechanically prepared for birth as possible.
Who is it For?
Expectant mothers at any stage of pregnancy experiencing lower back pain, sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, or general structural discomfort.
