What to expect
on the day

Your first visit is 40 minutes. Andrew explains what he finds and agrees the next steps with you before any care begins.

He listens first

Andrew starts with your story: what is bothering you, when it started, what you do day to day and what you want to get back to.

He assesses and explains

He checks how you move and explains what he finds in plain language. If chiropractic care is not the right fit, he will tell you.

You agree a plan

Where it suits, care can start on the day. You leave with clear next steps, simple exercises and advice for work and home.

How much is the first visit?

The new patient special is $99 and includes your consultation and treatment. The usual price for an initial consultation is $160. The special is for new patients only and is limited to one per person.

What happens at my first visit?

Andrew starts by asking about your pain, your history and what you want to get back to doing. He then assesses how you move, explains what he finds in plain language, and agrees a plan with you. Treatment is hands-on, and you are always part of the decisions.

How long is the first appointment?

Your first visit is about 40 minutes, so there is time to listen, assess properly and explain things without rushing.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?

No. You do not need a referral from a GP to see a chiropractor in Australia. You can book online or call the studio on 0413 925 004.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear something comfortable that lets you move easily. If you have any scans, reports or notes about your problem, bring them along.

Where is the studio and when are you open?

The Chiro Studio is at 47 Arnold St, Charlestown NSW 2290. Andrew sees patients on Monday and Thursday from 12pm to 7pm, Tuesday from 8am to 3pm, Wednesday from 8am to 12pm and 2pm to 7pm, and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. The studio is closed on Friday and Sunday.
